Bidford Bright Stars has a guiding philosophy that focuses on the development of imagination through inspired learning and play.
We believe that manners, respect and aspiration are key cornerstones to our society and we look to stimulate these behaviours as children embark on their educational journey by making learning fun and inclusive.
1) Make learning fun and stoke imagination
2) Develop manners, respect, aspiration and confidence
3) Achieve cohesion throughout the local area
4) Every child outshines expectations
We are developing a unique and tailored approach to developing every one of the children in our care. During the most influential and important time in their lives we take inspiration from a range of pedagogical approaches to create the building blocks for confident, happy and independent children.
Every part of our business has been carefully designed to encourage a child’s inquisitive nature and support them to learn, play and explore whilst developing as young people. We focus on dedicated learning bubbles with a devoted member of staff at every stage of their journey to ensure their experience is personal and unique.
All children will have access to a full range of activities, including arts, crafts and cookery. They will have the opportunity to use the outside play area and Forest School. There will be a variety of competitions available, depending on which term the holiday falls within.
We offer a walking bus drop off and pick up service from Bidford Primary School and other local schools. Drop your child off with us early in the morning, for example, and we will ensure they get to school allowing you to get on with the rest of your day.
Following on from the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 we have adapted our teaching practices to incorporate Learning Bubbles into everyday nursery life. This has enabled the staff and children to adapt to a new, fun way of learning without the need to change the approach whether this or a future pandemic is present or not.
We offer a number of places for parents needing that extra bit of help. Talk to us and see if you might be eligible for support either by us or the government to enable your child to access our nursery.
