Our directors help manage the nursery, all with specific skills to fulfill their job roles.
We believe that careful selection, a dedicated training programme and most of all a fun, happy and secure place to work in, is what makes Bright Stars a special place for your child to grow and develop.
We believe that there is always room for improvement and we believe that a constant appraisal system and ongoing training will help us to achieve this. We operate two shifts per day - our sunrise and sunset shifts.
We reward staff with bonuses for reduced levels of absenteeism and outstanding feedback. We also have a profit share scheme with further bonuses, should the nursery achieve its targets.
