Super Stars Update…
This week in Super Stars, we have been getting creative for World Book Day! The children have been making their own bookmarks and using the different colours to colour them in – this focused on their colour recognition.
We have been reading lots of stories and even made our own fairy-tale stories up! The children used their imagination in telling their own fairy-tale stories which we put up on our display wall along with ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ – in which they made characters using their scissor skills to cut out the beanstalk.
We have also set up a doctor role play area where the children have been taking it in turns to be the ‘doctor’ and ‘patient’ – this helped them discover how different tools are used in a hospital and developed their imagination!
