Whilst here at Bidford Bright Stars your child will have contact with all the staff within the nursery, however, each child will be assigned a Key Person. Your Key Person will form a relationship with you and your child and get to know them and you.
They will help your child settle into the Bidford Bright Stars family and help introduce the daily routine and build up an ongoing relationship. They will establish and maintain a vital link between home and nursery.
We use online journals, which will be updated throughout the day, to enable you to see just what your child has been up to throughout the day. Although we will do our upmost to make your ‘Key Person’ available at all times when your child is at nursery, there may be times when they are not, due to rota’s, holiday or sickness.
Should they not be available, there will always be someone who can answer any questions or concerns you may have with regards to your child.
If you have any questions and would like to speak to your child's Key Person, then please let us know, so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet up and have a cup of tea.
